The park itself is a hidden gem. It held a special place in my heart as my brother owned a mobile home there many years ago.I moved in May 7th for the summer and left Oct 30th. Several months after moving in, I was told there was an issue with the parks permit and I would not be able to come back summer of 2021. They lost their permit because the Owner an LLC has lawsuits against them in many of their locations. Until those lawsuits are resolved Royal Pines Estates cannot take in any new residents and to some extent this will make it difficult for the many residents who want to leave sell their homes. I have sent emails asking for the return of my $600 deposit without reply for the last 6+ months. I have called without reply and I have made trips up to speak to management without resolution. If I'm lucky enough to have the manager answer the phone, she tells me she is on my side and will take care of it. Again nothing happens. I called 5-12-2021 but had to leave a message. I told the manager via a message that I would be filing a complaint. The complain will include names and dates to support just how awful the management office is and will disclose the name of the slum lord. Legally I have the right to $1200, double my deposit due to their scam to keep money as long as they can OR NOT RETURN IT AT ALL. They don't seem to care and don't seem to be too worried about it. The Owner, LLC is a slum lord taking advantage of residents in every park they own. Do not buy in this park or any other park unless you research possible lawsuits and or talk to as many residents as you can.If they can remove this post, I'm sure they will. I will just post under another IP address and or email address and or name.SEND ME MY MONEY...D.C. 5-13-2021
