Slum lord haven pay rent and deal with it or get out! Don't expect anything from them management will tell you straight out that ownership doesn't care about tenants needs but from past experience when I've dealt with the owners personally things got handled within days but through management I've been waiting on structural repair for over a year they keep telling me that when ownership gives them permission they'll come fix it but things are going corporate and it takes a long time. Meanwhile I have a metal roof support beam that's only held up with 1 screw on 1 side. I have half an exterior wall with no wood to hold it up it turned to sawdust a year ago. My living room is bare metal no insulation no inner walls so the temps range from 20 to over 100 degrees even with heat, fans and ac it's unbearable temps so most of my house is unusable and we're confined to our bedrooms where temps are more tolerable. When it rains the water comes right into the wall across my living room floor and there's no electrical outlets out there so everything is ran on extension cords. My windows neither open nor close all the way I keep taping them shut because management has been saying for a year that they need permission to screw them shut and can't replace them with working windows. My gutters have been full of dirt since I moved in so water can't drain properly and the weight is crushing my roof also causing water to drip inside the house. It's a trailer park literally and figuratively full of trash if you walk around you'll see signs stating wildlife sanctuary next to ponds and fields filled with litter that nobody ever bothers cleaning. Nobody cares ownership and management suck the life out of any good tenants they get. They basically just rent crap until it falls apart and tenants leave then they smack a new coat of paint on and call it a makeover. I have been telling them over a year this place wont last a good storm and they've done nothing to prevent it I can't get insurance here bet they have it though. 😒
