Lot rent is too high to not have any real amenities here but yet others close by offer far more for less money and the few we did have were taken away completely or restricted like the laundry room which we pay for but cant access unless its 9-9 and will lock your clothes inside. The childrens park is unsafe with 1/2 inch steps that are slippery when damp and the only access. they removed the only basketball hoop we had. They took space from the park and made a dog park that is constantly just full of poop and smells. There are a ton of cats roaming and peeing on everything. Dogs wander off leashes at all hours and harrass people. Even though theres a no pet policy. They constantly have sewage back ups. Theres a lot of diseased trees over hanging homes and power lines. The people who cut the grass dont even do half their job. There are huge pot holes everywhere that could easily damage your cars. The vending machines constantly steal your money. They are trying to raise lot rent but for no other reason than greed this park used to be a far more family friendly place. Its going to hell in a hand basket at this point. They fired the last manager for sleeping with some of the residents and constantly being drunk on the job. But so far im not impressed with the new one. Never even introduced herself. Honestly most of these homes are super old and worn down and not worth the money unless youre looking to completely redo them. But even still the surrounding parks are nicer offer more for your money and not stacked right on top of the other. I would definitely do your research. Definitely not a happy camper right now with this place.
