Do not even consider this community! You will receive notices taped to your door daily for the most ridiculous reasons. For example, you have building materials on your deck (and yes they were there to make repairs to the home) then you will receive a notice to remove them or be evicted! The property manager will yell at you if your delivery driver goes over the speed limit after she leaves the office in her vehicle to chase the driver down about the speed limit! ( I wish I was making this up). If you have family in from out of town, they can't stay with you, because if they do, you still be told they must be on the lease and if you don't put them on the lease then you guessed it, a letter on the door threatening eviction. There are 4 pages of rules for you to follow. Yes some of these rules make sense while others are absolutely ridiculous! If you own a motorcycle, be aware that you are not permitted to ride it in the community! You are told there are storage facilities across the street to store it! If you're a cat owner, do not let your cat go outside. The property manager has a friend in a pick up truck that drives around setting live traps to catch the cats. Once caught he drives them to the Eagle Creek area and dumps them there. Some of the residents are great and some are the most hateful and rude people you will ever meet. But don't say anything if you come across one of them because the property manager will in inform you that you could have eviction for bothering other residents. If you have friends, don't invite them over because you will be accused of selling drugs due to the amount of vehicles present at your home for a night. By now you're thinking this must all be made up, but it's 100% the truth. My sister was just living here and all of that happened within the first 6 months of living there. She has since moved and the property manager has now resorted to calling all of her family members (including me) to harass her regarding the mobile home she previously owned that was left. She left it due to the $800 fee to unhook the trailer from the property. ( You can only use their company to do so). I now understand why there are so many empty trailers in Lantern Estates. Although if you call and ask about purchasing or renting one you're told there's a 2 year waiting list lol!!

Lantern Estates MH Park has replied to this comment: I second this . they went into my home when i wasnt there with the emergency key they have ! Complained about my dog and then evicted me AFTER indy rent paid 4895$. Bobby stole that & then moved into the trailer in the front of the community .
