The property manager is very rude and callous with every interaction. Makes you feel very unwelcome in a community that is supposed to be family friendly. Corporate needs to find someone else to interact with tenants as he does not have any professionalism. Will be contacting corporate and making arrangements to move as soon as we can afford to!

Good place to live if you are on a budget. Best lot rent rates in town. Mobile homes for rent and for sale. And several spots open if you already own a mobile home and are thinking about moving. Manager is friendly and easy to get along with as long as you keep her informed. Small playground area for kids. Off street parking. And neighbors are nice and the community is quiet. Grocery store right across the street.

However pleasant this community space may be for the adult population, I witnessed firsthand very poor treatment towards teenaged boys. During a serious thunderstorm (lightning strikes less than half a mile away and pouring buckets), management turned away these five kids seeking refuge. The mobile food pantry even had to vacate due to inclement weather, so I was extremely disconcerted to see that these boys were refused basic safety due to ignorant and outdated beliefs about how teenagers behave. Luckily, the Antelope Bookmobile was stopped outside, and the boys waited out the storm quietly and respectfully playing board games. Management's actions were blatantly harmful and probably illegal seeing as the office is a designated shelter during emergency weather. Sad.

Bluffs Acres has replied to this comment: i know first hand bluffs achers can be exspensive s my grandma has lived there since 2007. since then up till this date she was paying 350.00 on lot rent for the modular home she owns there. now shes paying about 50$ short of 800 bucks just to rent the lot not includeing any utilities added to the places rent. such atrocious prices for such a poorly kept place. when it rains the area close to the park gets so flooded that my grandpa tried to drive through the water and siezed up his engene and fried the whole computer system in his crystler town and country.

this place is atrocious to its renter's. my grandparents moved into the location on Pueblo Rd in 07' at a rent cost of the lot of 350.00 a month. since then till now its more than doubled in cost to a total of a little less that 50 bucks short of 800.00. when it rains the drainage is really bad around 30th ave area by the park. in fact its soo bad my grandpa tried to drive through a big puddle of water thinking he could forword across it only to flood the motherboard and the engine in his Crystler town and country van totaling the vehicle. the homes aren't very well kept and are a crappy bargain for senior citizens on a strict income. i used to live there and i for one say never again even if you paid me 33 M$ and the lot and the utilities that goes with it for free for the rest of mine and my great-great-grand kids lives.
