At one time, I was their biggest fan. The truth is, management clearly picks and chooses what part of their job they're going to do in a day. They're not beneath lying, for any other reason except they've chosen to not do right! After starting the notification process to escrow my lot rent, they finally replaced the cement pad that caused injury to a delivery driver! They left me with a 5 inch wide, over 20 feet long trench in my yard! Kim, emailing, only when I contact corporate, telling me Rex can't get the dirt! Have you ever heard such nonsense?! We were advised to see if the dirt happened to be onsite...sure enough! A huge pile! So it's either personal or lazy... or probably both at this point! I suppose they're probably in a hurry to get home, set outside and get sloshed, at the risk of safety and inconvenience of the tenants who thought this would be the perfect place to retire! Well, here's to the piss poor management and the plans I had to cancel, because I won't take the chances of my 78-year-old mother or my grandbabies having injury because of them! Here's to the non-responsive corporate office, that only bounces back what you send them and doesn't intervene! My suggestion, if you're considering buying a mobile home, do not put it in Leonard gardens!
