This mobile home park is terrible. I have lived her for over fifteen years before it became a coop. Kiss your money goodbye if you decide to live here. You will pay taxes for a yard to the town , which is less than ten feet. It is a major fire hazard. Two homes are being torn down today , one was on fire and because we are so close the other lit up as well. We pay town water, buy our own trash bags and yet we are a private park so we are excluded for hazard waste day, or big free trash pick up day with the town. Last year the board members hiring a paving company to fix the road, the company hit my car with an excavator and as a community , you would think they would help. They did not help. They refused to give me or the police the companies insurance information. They charged the co-op over 60, 000 for a one side of the park, which btw, when in civil court, I was told the company had no insurance. The board allowed that. Every telephone is covered in trees and weeds, close to homes, some neighbors are exempt from the rules- its a fire hazard in here. It is not a 50 plus community, yet there is no play are for children and children are not allowed to ride bikes in the road and obviously the yards are way too small. Every cooperative is suppose to have a play are for kids. This new Cooperative is terrible. I am sure they have many other illegal activities, including when voting happens, they vote alone as a board and dismiss others ideas. This is not a good place to live. 0 Stars, it says I clicked one , I didn't
