This person was denied residency at Blue Spruce MHP. The park is a nice MHP for low income Seniors over 55 years old. The tenants are all good people and the park has been a rough place to try to improve. But, now that the people are all great, we are looking forward to getting ONLY good people, who care about their homes into the park. It is tough in NY to evict anyone and once someone, who is bad, gets into a property, it takes a long time to get rid of them. The Blue Spruce MHP is an affordable, safe and quiet place to live. Now that there are good people living there! Please feel free to apply, but only if you are clean, have a good track record and are respectful of your environment and neighbors. Best regards.

considering that NO Sarah Warner has ever lived here, as far as I know, and I have lived here since 2017..this is very strange. I love the peace and quiet! the roads have been improved but now people speed so I would rather have the pot holes! Everything is being improved and it takes a while, but the people who live here are all very nice!! so NO whiners allowed..like whoever this Sarah is!
