I lived here for close to three years. I finally got out and here's just a few reasons why. You decide for yourself if this is where you want to spend your retirement years: Do you like living in a dictatorship? Do you like living where the rules depend on who you're friends with on the Board of directors or on the various committees? Do you like having Board members who are only friends with each other and regularly visit with one another, instead of having a professional, NONBIAS, management company in control of your park? Is it okay if the women who speak their minds are belittled, cursed at, called filthy, derogatory names, unjustly accused, and told to shut their mouths by the man who is the head of both the maintance and architectural committees and is also a director on the Board of directors? Is it okay with you if all the money for the activities committee is in the pocket of the woman who is also the president of the Board to be doled out for activities as she sees fit instead of in the general fund ? Do you like living where a younger male resident was allowed to beat up on seniors to old defend themselves causing them to seek medical treatment for months? Do you want to be discriminated against because of your beliefs or lifestyle? Do you want to be bullied and gossiped about if you dare challenge any of the goings on of the Board? Do you want to live in a place that continues to raise their monthly maintenance fees without the other resident's permission so they can have activities that only a few people feel comfortable participating in? Do you want to be told what flags you may fly, what decorations you may put up, what plants you are allowed to plant, what type of motor vehicles you are allowed to have, when you can have gatherings with your friends at the public clubhouse you pay for every month, or when you may go swimming in the public pool that cost the residents a fortune? Do you like being spied on with hidden cameras all over the park including all the commons areas and on some people's homes including the man on the Maintenance committee and the board. If all of this, plus some is okay with you, then this place is for you.

I never thought I'd write a review but I feel I need to protect the unsuspecting senior citizens who might be considering this park as somewhere safe and nice to retire. But beware. It looks good from the outside and not all that glitters is gold. I lived here for close to three years. But I sold and here's just a few reasons why. You decide for yourself if this is where you want to spend your retirement years: Do you like living in a dictatorship? Do you like living where the rules depend on who you're friends with on the Board of directors or on the various committees? Do you like having Board members who are only friends with each other and regularly visit with one another instead of having a professional, NONBIASED, management company in control of your park? Is it okay if the man who runs the architectural and maintenance committees and who is also a director on the Board Of Directors hating most woman and threatening any woman who speaks their minds? Do you see any problem that when they do this Board member belittles them, curses at them, calls them filthy and derogatory names, unjustly accuses them and tells them to shut their mouths? Is is ok that he told another board member that he wants to ‘throat punch’ a woman who voiced her concerns about Covid? Is it okay with you if all the money for the activities committee is in the pocket of the woman who is also the president of the Board to be doled out for activities as she sees fit instead of put in the general fund ? Do you like living where a younger male resident was allowed to beat up on seniors too old to defend themselves causing them to seek medical treatment for months? Is it okay that he got away with it because he’s friends with the president of the board and he still lives there? Do you want to be discriminated against because of your beliefs or lifestyle? Do you want to be bullied and gossiped about if you dare challenge any of the goings on of the Board especially the man in charge of the architecture/maintenance committees? Do you want to live in a place that continues to raise their monthly maintenance fees without the other resident's input or permission so they can have activities that only a few people feel comfortable participating in? Do you want to be told what flags you may fly, what decorations you may put up, what plants you are allowed to plant, what type of motor vehicles you are allowed to have, when you can have gatherings with your friends at the public clubhouse you pay for every month, or when you may go swimming in the public pool that cost the residents a fortune? Do you like being spied on with hidden cameras all over the park including all the commons areas and mounted on some people’s homes including the man on the Maintenance/architectural committees and the Board. If all of this, plus some is okay with you, then this place is for you.

Violence by residents living there, deception and dishonesty by board members, poor park management.
