Yes I would have to agree with the right or above he is a very shady man with a horrible ego problem he lies he supposed to be a police officer but he will tell you things like I’ll knock money off your rent next month and then you go to move in and he doesn’t mention anything and then he’ll tell you stuff like give me $200 off the books I’ll let you come in A week or two before so you can get ahead of the game and he pocketed the money and didn’t tell his partner. Then he tells me a permission to paint and lies telling his business partner that I never had permission even though I had it in a text message. I go to move in and bedbugs crawled out of the paneling onto my roller and I told him I don’t feel comfortable moving in if bedbugs are coming out of the paneling in broad daylight in the kitchen and his last tenants were very dirty I guess and they lived there for years so that infestation would have been out of control and I am not going to put my belongings in there because it would not be covered under renters insurance if they couldn’t get the infestation under control before I moved in. He got mad started cussing punching the counter being horribly scary and unprofessional I’m surprised he gave me the security deposit back then he was mad because I wouldn’t finish scrubbing the paint but he’s a psycho so I was like yeah you can hire somebody you got four weeks until the paint cures. I told him take the $200 he wasn’t giving me and hire somebody to clean it because I wasn’t gonna return he is scary. His ego is so big he knows everything and he won’t listen to anyone. Do not rent from John he is a crook and he is a psycho. I think he knew about the bedbugs before I was even coming in to clean because he was so pushy and pissy that I had moved in in a few days I think he wanted to blame the infestation on me so he didn’t have to take care of exterminator fees but I explain to him in the state I will how they usually make the landlord responsible. Do not rent from John Wall or you’ll regret it!!

It is a quiet clean park I will give it that but the guy is not to be trusted he is a psycho. Hence why I said keep ur extra cash and clean it urself since it wasn’t cleaned when I moved in and also I was given permission to paint and the only reason we didn’t finish is because he failed to get trailer inspected first and wa kissed cuz I would move into a bed bug infested place! Not ok at all. That trailer would’ve been beautiful hadn’t been able to finish painting and redoing it it would’ve been so much brighter in there and for him to lie and say he never gave me permission when I had an a text is wrong. Good luck to you both but I would never recommend this place I don’t care how peaceful it is when you run from a scamming psycho it’s not peaceful. The park is beautiful and quiet he is a loudmouth egotistical psycho
