Dale and Laura accepted me to move in promply; i had explained to them that i was in a terrible situation with other roomates. And they allowed me to move in when a certain spot became available in only a few days. They had a space and a trashy motorhome that i ended up cleaning up and trying to take care of. i felt comfortable there (Apart from abundance of cockroaches) I liked the space very much. For the most part it was pretty mellow, nice neighbors/ people in the park, and decent rent for Sacramento. Dale even gave me some outside work opportunity that he offered me out of town in Red Bluff at another park. Which was cool of him. Yet because the coackroaches were really serious and i desperatly tried everything to get rid of them, i complained about it. And wasn't getting the help for the situation. I understand he was a busy guy so he couldn't really help with that yet my complaints basically sent me to being evicted immediately, and even without a warning. I was terminated from the park basically for raising my voice once at Laura in the front office (which i soon regretted and then apologized to her only after Dale was waiting for me that same day for when i got home to tell me that i'm out at the end of the month. I think i only had a week, maybe 2 before the month ended to scramble for a place to live. The roaches were driving me nuts in which i had inquired about it so many times (calling for Dale and leaving messages for him and yet no hearibg back.) Back then if i knew how to exterminate i would have done it for him for everybody, yet i thought that was a basic rule for management to handle and i also didn't realize it wasn't just my place and that it was bad eleswhere in the park. It was a learning lesson that definitely threw me a curve. When i moved in (Summer of 2015.) He did tell me they worked hard to drive out drugs from the park.
