Very run down .has not had a manager in 10 months, nothing gets fixed. Looks bad overgrown weeds, homeless aquaters, drug dealing.

I totally agree with you this place sucks. Supposed to be a senior Park. What a laugh that is. Homeless, druggies, selling their dope blasting their music what they call music it\'s all Bass. Lot of people in here needing things fixed and problems that are caused from the Park\'s negligence. I\'ve been waiting for years for my stuff to get fixed and I\'m a senior. SCUMLORDS

HAZARDOUS AND UNHEALTHY

THIS PLACE DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A 1 FOR THE RATING. THEY DESERVE A ZERO BECAUSE THEY SHOULDN'T EVEN OWN THIS PARK. THEY RENT TO PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT EVEN SENIORS. THERE'S DRUGGIES,HOMELESS, LIVING IN TENTS. TENANTS AND THEIR GUESTS PLAYING LOUD MUSIC WITH BASS ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT . THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR NEIGHBORS WHATSOEVER AND NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT IT . THE OWNERS DO NOTHING AT ALL TO HELP ANYONE IN HERE. ALL THEY DO IS RAISE THE RENT AND DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO IMPROVE THIS PARK. NO MAINTENANCE,. DO NOT FIX TENANTS PROBLEMS, THAT THE PARK OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR . THE GARBAGE SITUATION IS HAZARDOUS AND VERY UNHEALTHY. THE PARK IS INFESTED WITH RATS AND ROACHES. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. THE SEWER LINES ARE BUSTED AND HAS BACKED UP MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE YEARS THAT I HAVE BEEN HERE. THE SEWER SEEPS OUT ONTO THE LOTS . THIS IS A MAJOR HEALTH HAZARD . THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE SUED AND THAT'S THE NEXT THING ON MY LIST.. THIS WHOLE PARK NEEDS A COMPLETE MAKEOVER NEW OWNERS AND NEW MANAGEMENT
