Run down drug infested people are shady and love to fight with anyone don't fix streets trees are crumbling over roofs trailer's are old and falling apart electric is dangerous inside trailers and at polls water gets shut off every month or 2 for days at a time and is contaminated with ecoli and to kill it they bleach the water been a few shooting in here park won't fix anything that goes wrong with your trailer even if it's there fault charge a fee to pay your rent ever month no cash is accepted and sell trailers to you for top dollar but will only give you $500 back has sewage leak in the fields by your trailer there are trees in the power lines they have violent felons and child molesters in the park with children people speed threw all the time kids play in the street and break into abandon trailers people don't watch there kids people will break into your cars and steal long story short its ghetto

Robert Stalin hasn\'t on the park for a couple years now LMAO. The guy that owns it is Mike Mirski. Robert actually gave people free lot rent. Robert sold the park February 2020 your date on your review is 521 which shows that you don\'t pay attention

The new owner (Mike Mirski) of the park jacked up the lot rent twice and during the notices he claimed that he was going to be fixing the roads. Also he claimed he was going to be taking care of plumbing along with the riff Raff. Just by putting in the notices that he was going to raise the lot rent to take care of the roads twice that is considered embezzlement. Also there is a pedo in the park people been fighting to get out the park. POS owner who has no clue on what he's doing or the wrong people he is pissing off!!! It's even funnier he thinks nobody knows where he is
