I live here. This park is a great and clean little community. Everyone does their part to keep the park prestine. We just recently got a new manager who is awesome at his job. A bit lacking in the communication between corporate and occupants, but so long as you yourself make the effort to ask the question you can get a pretty quick answer.

this park is a joke no one to mange it. it is run down with dogs and drugs and not many mow there grass and than they don't want to let you talk to the person that owns the park. you always talking to a third person and they don't know anything that is going on in this park.people have no respect for your yard they walking through your yard and cutting through cause there to lazy to walk on the street. there is around 15 -20 trailers out here that will keep there yard up, trees is the park to take care of. But there dying off breaking and no one around do deal with anything. leave you hanging on what to do. and than all they care about is there money not the people.

Bad, going down hill fast, since RV Horizons bought it. Lived here 30 + years and was always a great place to live until now.

This community of control freaks the new manager is very rude and treats you like you are beneath her. The rules they have are just down right unrealistic Just a few examples .... First if you have a dog they are not allowed to use the restroom from 8 pm to 8 am so if they got to use hope your ok with them using the floor inside your home, you can't hang out cloths to dry in the summer, your not allowed to have any fire Pitts at anytime of the year, you are only allowed 2 vehicles so if you and your partner both have cars and your teenager has a car nope got to park at Casey's or u will be charged 25 dollars for parking however the maintenance man is allowed 3 vehicles,, you can't work on your cars on your property that yes u pay lot rent but you own your own place they tell you you have to take it to a mechanic off this property but they won't pay for it so if you can't afford it your not allowed to fix it yourself so I guess walk to work or school, you are not allowed to have outside furniture, you pay them for doing your yard work but you do your own. I don't know what it means when they say you own your place but from the sounds of you don't own shit. It's not even worth owning your own place at palace park the community of being controlled and treated different for not having much money. How does someone else get to tell you what to do with your own place your own yard. It's a trailer park not Beverly hills get off your high horse and stop thinking because you have money means your better then anyone because at the end of the day you obviously live in the same spot so move on or move out.
