Would give -100 stars if it were possible. I would not recommend living here also don't trust anyone here! I lived there 5 years ago for 13 years. We got evicted because of a situation that happened with my moms ex husband. We had no reason for us to be evicted because he went to jail and isn't ever going to be around us again and wasn't allowed to live at key heights after what he did. And they tore down the trailer my mom owned without notifying her and informed her after, she owes them $3,000 for it. When the manager at the time only paid some guy $300 to tear it down. Now my poor mom is having money stolen from her bank account by the lawyers from the court hearing years ago that she wasn't informed about so she missed it. They also stole money that wasn't hers for them to take, (Social security income, as in Government money sent to a disabled person, my mom is the payee for this disabled person)

Management is sticking notes on our door instead of having talks they rather do that. First it's our porch that had my Moms stuff on it n I was forced to clear it cause they were snooping around. My porch is covered n wasnt bothering anyone!! Now u gonna complain bout my children when everyone's else's children are allowed to run around the park unsupervised!! I'm sorry that when we go to leave our kids bolt out the door n we are right behind them. I knew the most neighbor across was gonna put a complaint in cause that's how she works. U know what the next time I find her cat on my property or laying in the road to where cars can't get through I will be filing a complaint with management n if it dont get resolved by u all cause u seem to just pick on certain people then we will call animal control!!!! Since u all want to make up crazy rules, how bout making up a REAL rule that ALL kids have a supervised parent with them at ALL times!!!!

Not much to say other then if Fred the management doesn't like you he will continue to find petty thing to harrass you about until you either get fed up and move out or he finds a reason to kick you out. This use to be a nice park but more people are moving out because of Fred. I personally rather and try to deal with Bonnie before Fred. Personally unless you are despite to find a place live I don't recommend here. Lots of uncontrolled kids and teens that run the park all hours of the night. They break into people's cars steal things. My car has been gone through 2x's I have nothing in it they just pulled all my papers out of glove box and console. Unfortunately I got a car that doesn't like to unlock when it locked so when I did leave it unlocked they got in it. Same with your house they break into houses as well. They steal people's prescription drugs. So if you move here better have security system set up.

It's hard to write a review for Key Heights, because it goes back and forth. The park itself is awesome and has two parks and a pool. The occupants are also great. The downside is the new management. Little to no management skills and very rude. I would still recommend this place to anyone trying to move in, just beware of the low quality manager. As soon as he's gone, I'm sure everything will be perfect. Just wait until Fred is gone.

Nice place with a nosey, micro manager constantly terrorizing residents with the threat of eviction for minor infractions of 'Park ordinance', usually women or the elderly. Dude, it's a TRAILER PARK... in LOWELL. ForRealExceptional Douche

Horrible management. The trailer park itself is nice. Both play grounds are well kept, as is the pool. The management makes it a nightmare. Would not recommend.

Since the changes in management the park has lost the friendly homelike feelings. Where when you had a problem or needed something you could go to the manager and talk about it but not anymore. The new manager is a hard nosed jerk who could care less about the people in the park.

Management is a joke, the micro manager snoops around looking for reasons to evict people, over the most ridiculous things, he will leave a notice on the door but when you confront him he plays the dumb card, he aims toward women mostly
