Manager is very rude. Comes to your door when tells you to come out. I don't know him. So I told I wasn't coming out He never did introduce himself to me. He just told me to clean my flower beds. Very rude man.

Only here as a visitor to family. Not a fan of the speed bumps. Otherwise, a seemingly decent park.

Having come here from apartments/townhouses, its honestly better than apartment living. Home is what you make it, and Oakside makes being a homeowner simple. You have your own four walls that aren't shared, and the park is genuinely like a small neighborhood in aesthetic. Management is huge on keeping it looking presentable, which is great because nothing looks terrible. They're also quick to answer any questions you may have.I've been here for the last few years, and am satisfied.

I have friends that live in the park and it's a very nice place...they got their neighbors to plant flowers&make gardens ..which makes the park look so nice....no trashy trailers

Dont mind the lot fee at all for rent. What I do mind is everyday getting a note about something apparently wrong with my yard. They wanna complain about petty things constantly. And apparently is a senior living community now. Cant have kids toys or bikes visibly in sight. Also getting bugged two three times a week for our lawn. All they do is nitpick. Demeners of pouty children.

All the rules are very annoying. Especially the yard ones. Nice price for lot rent. A lot of people are way too nosey for their own good.

Really like this place. Mostly single wides, but has a large area of doubles that is newer. Nice big trees, lots are nicely landscaped and maintained. Staff is great, very friendly.

The managers boss is very bias and will tell you that she will have the mantinance people come on your yard and pick it up because my 2 little cousins were playing in the yard with some little monster truck toys and they didn't put them away the same night the next day they went back out and played with them again but there was still a notice on the door. The playground/Park area that in the park and supposed to be maintained by the trailer park is not maintained very well it broken glass and nails all over but if you don't have kids this could be a nice place for you to live just be careful if you have a dog they will yell at you if your dog is off a chain or leash and say that it was trying to bite someone when the dog was in the yard and had slipped his collar for no more then 3 min again another warning/notice saying that if he didn't have a leash or collar and they see it next time they will kick us out. But overall I would say if it wasn't for management giving warnings and notices for every little thing it would have gotten a 5/5 hope this helps you

Pretty dumpy place to visit or live. Easy to see park management doesn't enfore same rules to all tenants. One nice area on the backside near kiesel Rd, but most is very ghetto. Make sure you lock your doors, several addresses in there use and sell drugs.

Oakside is a quiet and safe community to live in, pets allowed with certain limitations, and everybody has a good sized yard. Management can be strict at times, but as long as everybody gets along and follows the rules, there's really no issues. Its also a very economical place and very affordable.

The only reason it gets one star is because zero stars isn't an option. Place is full of drunks who fight in the road, nobody watches their kids so they run wild, no driveways for the majority of the houses so everyone parks in the road and it's all a big one way.

Management engages in predatory pricing practices. They will charge you for lawn maintenance that was either not done, or was done unnecessarily. This is a broad issue that I have experienced myself, as well as many of my former neighbors. They will intentionally make it difficult for you to sell privately so that they have an opportunity to buy at a lower price. Their consistently unprofessional attitude clearly conveys that they view their tenants as the scum of the earth.

We've been here almost 6 years. The other people living here are good, but the management is absolutely horrible. She is a liar, a control freak and narcissist. An absolutely wretched person. She even went behind my back to try convincing my husband that I'm a bad Mom simply because I disagreed with her personal opinion about how kids act when adults aren't around. We are hassled on a regular basis about whatever tickles her fancy that day. The only official rules are the ones she makes up that day and if you ask for that in writing, you won't ever get it. Flooding. Oh, the flooding. There are handicapped people living here that sometimes can't leave their house for days because it rained and there's now up to 2' of standing water everywhere. When buying a home, you are treated very well, however once your home is paid off you will be harassed on a regular basis. Rules only apply if she feels like dealing with the problem or she doesn't like you that particular day. The so-called manager (we're on #6 so far) isn't an actual manager -they are simply the regional manager's secretary. Many of them told me directly that they were told to not be nice to anyone living in the community and a couple were fired because they were fair and acted in an adult, sane and legal manner. If you're looking to live here, you may want to reconsider. Well, unless you need a mommy to micromanage your life, that is. Oh yeah! Let's not forget about her constant threats of eviction when you bruise her petty ego.
