You'd be better off not to move in that park or the other Park SS too many too much drugs too much b******* going on in there you got to pay for your own water and plus it's like 385 a month just for a lot right then you got to pay for your mobile and it is just too much you better off getting apartment and the people are just mean in there and both parks and there's and you can't get away with anything you can't go out and cook you can't go have fun you can have a good time people b**** complain and also he got big potholes in that park right now I'm right in the middle of the road and you hit it you lose a tire use a rim and yet they still don't do nothing about it and the rent is kind of high is going up next year to again then on top of that you got to pay for their water you got paper water and also the part guy who runs around he has no he gets free lot rent and so and he can fill those potholes up he's got a machine to go around and fill them up even with stone or something put stone in there they can fill them up with so you don't hit it and those rolls need to be majorly taking care of so Willie is I would rather move into an apartment to hear you say a lot less money you save more money and you can go outside if you have a cook you can eat outside and and relax some of the people yes I mean but still got some good people there but the other part next door that that place is a complete dump and tell those two parts are pretty lousy so I agree with another person who said you can't can't do this can't do that I agree with that person so if you want to get in there don't get in there

Funny.......the last review giving 5 stars was from MASSACHUSETTS, exactly where the new ownership is from! I think a RESIDENT review is much more accurate!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, new mgmt came in and did work/clean up BUT they've also jacked the lot rent up $55!!!!!!!!!!!! For a senior like myself, this is very difficult! Obviously money hungry owners, not people friendly!!!!!!!!!!!! They have treated several residents like they're not human, degrading them and absolutely rude ...especially VAL!!!!! Also, have a 'park manager' that's friends with nearly all the 'problem' residents so no resolve in the near future for the ignorant unemployed residents that drive erratically, park cars all over, don't clean up their dumps, etc.There........a review by an actual resident!

The good neighbors are moving away. It has had landlords come and go lately and none of them can do anything about the poor drainage and several water filled potholes. My dogs use to enjoy going outside when I use to live on dry land but living here not so much. It is like living on your own little island surrounded my mud and mosquitos. Winters are tough because all that water turns to ice and everything in the trailer shifts. Doors and window shift and seals break. Skirting shifts and breaks. I had a porch built and that shifted and had to cut legs off to get out the door due to it shifting upward when the water turned to ice. Nothing new can be built and last long. Entrance floods and the mailboxes get flooded so u better check it before any possible floods. Not only can your mail flood, in the winter it is hard to open your mail box to get mail so I carry a spray bottle of rubbing alcohol in my car just for my state of the art new mailbox. Thank God for my Corbittville P.O. Box. I highly suggest a PO Box living here. If u work u need to find a place to stay so u can get to work or expect to take time off. Again, winter is tough and all those potholes filled with water turns to ice and cars get stuck in here. Especially the great big one at the end of my driveway in the road, that there is no way of getting around it. Maintenance here is next to zero. These potholes get filled and that last up to 2 to 3 days the most and the drainage gets worse every year. Yes, professionals outside of this place knock down trees, put lights and new signs up but all that is cosmetics and the real problems alway exist like potholes, poor drainage inconvenience access to mail in winter time, and still leaky pipes as much as they work on them. One more advise living here is to get yourself some knee high water boots (garden gloggers don't cut it here) and very good traction on other foot wear u own. Lots of rock salt, mowers that don't get stuck in wet yards, and rubbing alcohol or deicer. This park sucks and it got a one star because I had to in order to post this. Their rating for me are well in the negative.

Local maintenance man does what he can working two jobs. Roads need to be repaved BADLY. I am a resident with children. There are parts of the park that are trashy, but for the most part the residents are kind. The older homes need some sort of vinyl siding to try to look better. Rent keeps getting raised, this is hard on the budget. Many residents speed through the park, this is heavy on my mind with having children whom play outside. The owners need to take more care for the roads and a couple more improvements on the park.
