My friends live here, it was a super cute little area and a very nice trailer! Very difficult to find in the dark though... wish the sign was lit up or something. The GPS also told us it was in a different area on the road than it was so we were really confused. So a lit up sign would have made all the difference. This isn't really a tourist area though, so I get why they don't bother with that.

I have lived here for going on 2 years and have experienced a few problems like the water heater leaking so bad I had to call the fire company as they have no off hours emergency number here. The maintenance man Dave showed up and fixed the problem 2 days later (Monday) by taking out the very shut off they used to shut it off. We have had several other repairs that were fixed improperly when I talked to Lorraine I was told I expect too much and that I constantly complain and that the floor that her maintenance man didnt want to fix hence forth causing the tile to be damaged was somehow my fault when he acknowledged that the last tenant had reported it as well and that he shaved the door yet the door is a metal trailer door. She seemed very nice when I first moved in, but don't they all? She allows him to just sit in the office with her instead of conducting business the way it should be conducted and repairs are not made properly and now they want to blame their tenants for things that happen out of the tenants control and tell them they can move out and try to get them for damages.
