Customer Service like this is hard to find. So much so I am traveling 8 hours because of the service. I received a quote quickly and the price was very fair. Bill went out of his way to find the exact interior I wanted by trading with another dealer. Do yourself a favor before you buy from one of the big box stores and pay a outrages back end fee call T&C

Small dealership, great selection and unbeatable prices. We drove up from Dayton, because local dealer would not budge on price. The under 2 hour drive saved us 8k on our new 5th wheel. Very happy with it, they had it all prepped and ready to go. No issues at all.

Town and country is one of the few remaining dealerships that Truly appreciate their customers. Service after the sale is very important to them and their reputation. Even if you don't buy from them they will do their best to take care of any issues you may have. There is a reason they are a Jayco founders award winner.

Thank you for such a pleasant shopping experience! Ricky was very pleasant to work with, and purchasing my new/used RV, and trading my old RV, went flawlessly. Thank you to the gentleman who walked me through everything I would need to know about the new RV. He had some great suggestions for a bee trapp over my water heater, and a different plug that would make draining my hot water heater easier. The seat covers were damaged and over the last few months, Rick was able to find me replacements and in the spring when I take my unit out of storage, they have agreed to put them on for free! This was a great experience, and coming from Michigan, it was well worth the trip. Loving my View!K

Place was clean....odor free and we stayed in a pet room. However breakfast was nonexistent. Offered scrambled eggs but no meat, lots of dry cereal but NO MILK, no fresh fruit, 3 english muffins and some dry looking bread. I won't go into details of what else was missing...i think you got the idea! Not a pla e we would stay at again since breakfast saves a lot of time getting back on the road.

We bought a used rv from them and our experience was horrible. The sales guy Rick is a absolute liar, sold us a bunch of wolf tickets. He told us it had been inspected and a whole bunch of lies about the rv. Said all we needed was tires. Never shop here!!! They will sell you a lie and tell you it's your fault. My family bought it to live in till we get our land built on but we had so many problems we can't even go on the land when we want to.

We found the repair person to be a total jerk and an ill prepared liar as well,.We called for repairs after the lights and fan stopped working in the back bedroom of our 3 year old trailer at the lakeside campground. By the time they could fit us in the entire trailer had lost its air conditioning. The repair person went over; took off a panel we did not know even came off, found a dead mouse and refused to continue and accused us of having a filthy trailer that he could not be paid to work in. Then he insisted we had only 15 amps of power not30 but had no meters to check it and refused to talk to the owner of the campground who is required by Ohio law to have the 30 amps. Then this creep went around to the neighbors yelling and throwing his arms around and insisting he did not have to work under these conditions. We have several witnesses to this who also only saw one dead mouse. That does tend to happen in campgrounds when you put poison out! He then went back to his boss and continued this series of lies. If it was possible to give negative stars to this bunch of jerks we would. We have since found someone else to fix the trailer. Do NOT deal with these people if you expect to have good and intelligent service.

We just bought our first Rockwood Roo from Town and Country. The salesman was excellent with us and the man who went over everything with us before we took it home ... did a great job showing everything we hope we needed to know. Our Roo was used and the only one bad thing is they dont go through and clean it before you pick it up any longer. That was a big disappointment for us.

We had the best customer service here. Bill Tea answered all of our questions and never used pressure sales tactics. Matt was very thorough when we did our final walk thru and explained how everything worked. He even set our hitch up. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Will recommend them to everybody.

Tried to buy a motorhome . Made an appointment drove 3 hrs . Told the salesman if there is any issue let me know as Im coming from 200 miles away . Pulled the kids out of school . Got there and he says oh that one is gone but here is a different one . Not even the same model . Smelled a lot like bait and switch. Ridiculous. But actually stopped at Jims trailers in grafton oh and bought one from them . Great experience there.

When they sell you a camper they are extremely helpful and courtious. However, when you are in need of service it is a different story. They will come and service your camper but will not call and set up an estimated time of arrival. Apparently they do not have adequate modern day technology ( AKA cell phone) to call and give you a time frame so you can be in your own camper when they arrive. You are given a 2 day window in which to leave your deadbolt unlocked for them to come in and make the necessary repairs. This would be somewhat acceptable except for the fact that on a previous unsupervised visit to repair a problem, the problem WAS NOT fixed and yet another visit was required. Don't understand the logic behind this process. Seems they would want the customer to be happy in every way possible. I would not want a stranger in my home when I was not there and I don't want one in my camper either. The only request I made was to be told of an approximate time even if it is the day of and was told NO! NOT their policy. Wish I would have known this before my purchase. Service is a very important part of owning a camper!

I had a great experience here. Roger was our salesman he was very easygoing and low pressure. I never felt like I was trying to be convinced of anything. He gave us the straight talk and I am a guy that appreciates that. Joe did our walkthrough when we picked up our camper and he was very thorough. I felt very confident pulling out that I had made the right choice. Highly recommend these guys to everyone. Thanks roger and joe for making it easy.

Busy today, April 13th, they are having open house, free food, and lots of people! We will have to return to take our Jayco in for repair at a later date. This is the only complaint I have with them, their service dept is too small for the size of their businrss; they need twice as many guys working there to service trailers.

Got a good deal on a camper but after the deal was made horrible customer service. The shop guys were amazing but the customer service inside has a lot to be desired. Waited for a half hour to get waited on when I went to pick up camper, although 2 salesmen were sitting at their desks...

Had a deal on trading in a used rv on another used rv. Worked with Rickie - knew we were locking in getting a check with our CU, never asked for a deposit only to find out that they sold the unit to someone else. Terrible salesman. I would give 0 stars if I could.

We brought our 1999 Winnebago sunrise to Town & Country RV Clyde Ohio to have the driver's side front roof repaired due to a wind storm in South Dakota. We immediately had to use Gorilla Tape to tape down the fiberglass parts that were blown off and we never had any leakage from the Gorilla Tape. Town & Country RV repaired that area and now we have two inch thick putty wall that now is a standing puddle of water when it rains. We did not have any water staining on the interior headliner now several feet across and back are awful staining and Town and Country will not repair it correctly we've had it back to them twice for leaking water. The Gorilla Tape didn't leak at all we would have been better off leaving Gorilla tape on it and saved our self about $5,000. I would not recommend that anyone used Town & Country RV for repair services or even buy their RVs since they really don't know how to repair an RV correctly in my opinion. They had our RV for 6 months. Read the many other reviews before you invest your money at Town & Country RV

We were from out of state (over 6 hours away), and purchased a used Jayco they had. Our salesman, Lee (who has since moved on from TACRV), was top notch - honest and thorough. He spent quite a bit of time working with me as I am very detailed, especially when it comes to looking over the unit. We took delivery 2 weeks later, and our technician, Dave, was outstanding as well. He took 2.5 hrs to go over everything and hooked up our tow vehicle/hitch. Overall, we were surprising to see the other negative reviews, but we were very pleased with our whole experience.

My husband and I were very pleased with the camper we purchased. Matt went above and beyond with our walk through. He was the most courteous and helpful person. We were a little disappointed in the salesman, after driving all the way from AL to OH, we saw him when wefirst got there and never saw him again. No thank you for your purchase, nothing.

If your thinking about going to their open house I would suggest you go elsewhere. From what I have seen you have about a 50 percent chance on getting your camper out of there accident free. ' This happens more then it should' quote from them! I bought my camper last year around this time. When I went to pick it up they had hit a pole with it. they gave me two options either I take my dented up camper camping all season and they will fix in in the off season or they would fix it right then and I would get it back somewhere around the time camping season was over. So I chose to have it fixed in the off season dropped it off on December 4th was told it would be done in February. Well it's April 11th and we have past 3 dates on when it was suppose to be done. Now that going south for the winter is out of the question they said they hope to have it done before the start of this camping season! If anyone knows how to buy stock in whatever insurance company they have that would be the only reason to do business with this company. I have never gave a bad review in my life but this has put me over the edge. Seriously do yourself a favor and find your dream camper elsewhere.

I warning you DO NOT BY A CAMPER FROM TOWN AND COUNTRY. As soon as they get you out the door they wont help you or honor the warranty. If you call about warranty issues they are rude and make you wait for repairs. I bought a 2018 Jayco North Face. I have only had it four months. The first 2 days I had it the kitchen faucet started leaking. I called and they wanted me to Tow it to their shop that was an hour away. Tow it to their shop that was an hour away . The person I spoke with was extremely rude and hostile . I ended up changing it out myself. Now I have a leak in the bedroom. Blind wont retract, Awning has issues, DVD player beeps through surroundsound while playing disc. I have to wait until the end of November before they can get my camper in for repairs at another Jayco dealer. Never use Town and country and never buy Jayco. I wish I could put 0 stars. Dale and his team are all about screwing customers. They know once you sign a contract you are screwed. They dont care about you unless you are a local. Dale Im gonna post negative reviews every other day about your porly run and dis honest business . People dont believe all the in between messages. Jayco and Town and country in Clyde, OH are head hunters and they try to drown the truth by using set up emails to put all the negative reviews low on the list. They have clowns fake posting good reviews.
