I was told and shown that the park is being monitored and is in violation for years concerning septic systems overflowing and running into the yards and roads and I was shown fine's that have been posted because of the violations since 2013, feel free to do research on this since why would you buy something that you won't be able to sell or maybe the home's are being sold under false pretenses since they don't tell the buyers about the septic systems and I believe that should be the FIRST THING THAT IS TOLD TO THE PEOPLE BUYING OR INTERESTED IN BUYING WOULDN'T YOU SAY THAT IT'S A LEGITIMATE REASON?
