I lived there in early 2000’s and had to get out with drugs and management, i have a friend that has lived there since 2014, they love the place and brag on the job management does there, ive tryd to get back in a home there but they stay full and on a waiting list, im hoping i get a call soon bit tenants there want to stay put

I have lived in belvedere area all my life, I can remember when you could not turn into this park with the bad tenants, you were afraid for your life, since new ownership and management has moved in a decade ago, I rent a home here and feel completely safe, the owner TJ has cameras all over the place and keeps a close eye on things, I think he is in construction and on the road during the week, but you can bet you will see him around on the weekends checking everything out , you can hear a pin drop when that white chevy is around, lol. I can not honestly say; I can speak for my neighbors as well, simply a quiet and great place to live !
