The park was sold at the end of October 2020. The New park people are push over's on women and pervs . They try to get into your home and also try to look into your windows. They dont ever wanna talk to the man of the house. They are the rudest bunch of people they are goin to run the park into the ground. They also dont care about the people that live there. The people that live in the park dont feel safe. The kids cant play outside with out them being harassed by the park management. Please dont stay there

I saw an add on fb about the community, offered as rent to own on remodeled mobile homes, I messaged the owner and asked a few questions, instead of answers the owner told me the phone number and office hours. I live 3 hours away and wanted answers before my family made the trip, but never got any answers. So we finally just headed down there, we called before we left, but nobody answered, we called all the way down, which is what the owners requested, again nobody answered. Upon arrival, we called the provided number again, no answer, so we drove around the community looking for someone and never found management or owners. We did stop and talk to a resident, who advised us that over half the community had left since the new owners bought the property in November of 2020, because the owners were extremely rude, pushy and intrusive, the resident I spoke to was actually packing to leave as well. We finally left to grab lunch, while we were gone I messaged the owner on facebook to let them know I had made the 3 hour drive to look at a few homes, they read my message and didn't answer back. I messaged again to ask if they were on sight or available to meet, they left me on read again! We finally hit the road home and messaged to let them know we had $15,000 in hand and was prepared to buy a home that day, it was only after that that it peaked their interest enough to respond to me. They completely disregarded the fact that they ignored my questions, that I packed my small children in the car and drove 3 hours to view their properties, they didn't care anything about us until I told them what they had just missed out on. I then tried to ask another question and they ignored me, unless I was talking about the money I had, they had zero interest in talking. From what the resident told me, we really dodged a bullet. I feel so bad for the community of people they ruined.
